PHOTOGRAPHY

Beautiful 1300 square foot photography studio space with beautiful natural light. Located in the heart of the Santa Fe Arts District, this studio is open to photographers or film productions. Includes access to 910 Arts complex with courtyard for clients conveniently located next to a coffee shop and other amenities.

In addition to the open space with abundant windows for natural light, 12ft ceilings, exposed concrete walls and beautiful hardwood floors, the rental also includes white and gray back drops, hand painted backdrop, light stands, apple boxes, full length mirror, changing room, monitor with HDMI hook-up for digital reveals

Studio Rates

  • $65 hourly

  • $260 half day

  • $520 full day

EVENTS

Great space for workshops, presentations or events. Includes monitor with HDMI hook-up, and table. Guest sitting area and high speed internet.

Conveniently located in the heart of the Santa Fe Arts District, this event space gets high visibility to foot traffic.

COVID-19 UPDATE: currently we can only have max 10 people in the studio with social distancing.

Photography services are also available to photograph your event in the studio.

Workshop/Event Rates

  • $85/hr, & discounts for regular events

  • $300 half day (4hrs)

  • $600 all day (8 hrs)

CLASSES

This studio is ideal for yoga, pilates, work out and dance classes. The floor is suitable for tap and tango. Additionally, we have marley, mirrors, and barres for ballet. Bluetooth audio system included.

  • $65 hourly

  • $60/hr for ongoing non-dance classes

  • $20/hr for dance rentals

COVID-19 UPDATE: We can currently accommodate a maximum of 10 people in the studio with social distancing for non-dance rentals. Dance rentals are limited to 5 people at a time at this time.

Policies

  • Renters must adhere to local, state and federal COVID-19 guidelines

  • Face masks required by all not being photographed

  • Social distancing of 6' encouraged

  • Contact tracing forms and symptom check required. If presenting with symptoms rental rescheduled without penalty

  • Noise ordinance laws must be followed

  • Treat space & neighbors with respect

  • No smoking on or within 10' of property

  • No illegal activity or sexual activity

  • Doors automatically open and close at the start and end of your rental

  • Please factor set up/strike time in rental

  • Leave space as it was found
